- Carry your Emirates ID or passport and e-ticket for verification at Ski Dubai.
- The tickets involve safety gear and other necessary equipment on the activity site.
- The Ski Dubai’s minimum age and height are 8 years old and 125 cm respectively.
- The minimum weight requirement is 30 kg and the maximum is 120 kg.
- Always check the ride’s height and weight requirements.
- There is no allowance for phones and cameras in the Penguin Encounter Area.
- There are restaurants named Avalanche Cafe and North 28- you can go here and satiate your hunger.
- Partly or unused services bear no refund.
- Legal guardians should accompany their children.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Ski Dubai.
- We do not allow pregnant ladies for safety reasons.
- The slope is available for snowboarders or skiers.
Visitor Tips
- Have a good knowledge about your limitations when trying out skiing and snowboarding.
- Guests can store their gadgets, phones and other essentials in the lockers.
- If you want to take the skiing lessons, arrive 40 minutes in advance.
- Wear comfortable clothes suiting the temperature which remains below -4 degrees Celsius. Therefore, opt for warm clothes.
- Do not bring outside food and drinks.
- Bring every participant’s valid ID proof.
- There should be no throwing of snowballs at others as it can be hurtful because of snow crystals.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Once the ticket is booked then it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of cancellation request, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
- We do not allow children below 2 years for security reasons.
- Child rate tickets for children between 2 and 13 years old.
- Standard rate tickets for other visitors above 14 years old.
