- The pickup and drop-off service is available from centrally located hotels or residences in the city. However, airport transfers are unavailable.
- Kids above five years old can join the balloon ride.
- Besides, the maximum weight limit to participate in the activity is 120 kg.
- Expectant women should avoid the activity. In addition, people with severe heart conditions or back problems are also unfit for the activity.
- Participants with disabilities, mental health issues, and emotional or physical health conditions must avoid participating.
- Guests canceling the activity at the last moment will be eligible for a 100% no-show charge.
- Choose casual clothing items when coming for the balloon flight ride. In addition, go for flat shoes or sneakers for footwear.
- The pilot can cancel the activity in case of weather turbulence considering the safety of the guests. In such a situation, we will issue a full refund or an alternative schedule available.

- However, no refunds are available for cancellations made within 48 hours.
- Expect to get the refund amount in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
