Essential Information

• We provide transfer facilities if you choose the option while booking the activity tickets.
• Kindly bring your Emirates ID or passport when coming for the boat ride for identification purposes.
• We arrange the pickup facilities from Dubai hotels or residences. Airport pickup is not available.
• It is requested that the guests reach the activity spot at least 20 minutes before the ride begins, especially the ones who didn’t choose the transfer facility.
• Everyone must wear life jackets during the ride.
• A minimum weight requirement of 15kg is compulsory to participate in the activity.
• Pregnant women, heart patients, or anyone with backache must not go for the ride.
• One boat can accommodate a maximum of 12 people.
• Please carry sunscreen and sunglasses during the ride.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The activity is available daily (from 9 am to 10 am).

How to Reach?

• By Metro- Travel to the DAMAC metro station via the red line, exit it, and then walk towards the Marina till you reach the destination. 
• By Car- To get to the activity location, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and use Exit 32. Then, head towards the Al Majara Building where you will find free parking.
• By Private Transport- During the checkout, you can select the private transfer option with us at an additional charge. 

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations made once the booking is confirmed will be non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
• Ticket rescheduling is not allowed.

Child Policy

• Kids below 5 years old are not eligible to participate due to safety reasons.
