• If you want to cancel the trip, do it at least 24 hours before the activity day. Beyond that, you won’t get any refund.
• You can reschedule the trip 12 hours before the tour day. We won’t charge extra for that. However, the rescheduled date should be in the same year.

• Pregnant women or senior citizens with back issues or heart conditions should not come for the activity.
• Kids below 3 don’t need to pay charges, but kids above 3 have to pay the adult rate.
