1. Pricing
At our company, we ensure that you get cost-effective prices for our services with the added convenience of online booking. Unless explicitly mentioned otherwise, the prices displayed on our website are per person and do not cover expenses such as tips for tour guides or drivers, passport/visa fees, travel insurance, meals or drinks, lodging, room service, or laundry. The published rates may be subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as changes in airline ticket prices, hotel tariffs, or transportation costs that are beyond our control.

2. Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners. Full payment must be made by credit card, and guests must provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. The charge will appear on your statement.

3. Payment Confirmation
Upon completing the payment, our travel consultants will send a confirmation slip via email. The printed slip serves as proof of payment for the redemption of your tour package. Please ensure that you have provided accurate information regarding your travel requirements when booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

4.1 Cancellation
◾ Every tour activity/attraction/hotel has its cancellation policy. Before booking any activity with Dubai Ticket Expert, please read the cancellation policy of that specific tour.
◾ Combo tours can be canceled, but if you cancel any of the single tours in a combo, you will not be able to take advantage of the combo offer. In this case, Dubai Ticket Expert will consider the individual tour price of the non-canceled tour and refund the remaining amount.
◾ Tourist visa fees are non-refundable once paid on the Dubai Ticket Expert website.
◾ When booking a combo, please ensure that all combo tour options are available. Otherwise, you will only be able to enjoy the tours and services that you have seen in the options.

4.2 No Show
◾ If you fail to show up for the tour, no refunds, in part or full, will be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car rentals, or chauffeur-driven services. Similarly, rescheduling is not allowed for confirmed tours, airport transfers, and other travel-related services.

5. Cancellation Procedures
We recommend that you carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package before making any cancellations. To cancel all or part of your reservation, please notify Dubai Ticket Expert in writing of your cancellation request. Once we receive your request, we will notify you via email, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of your booking cancellation and the fee that must be paid. Dubai Ticket Expert cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that we have not received from you or that we have not confirmed.

6. Itinerary Amendments

The routings and services that are included in your package are subject to change depending on local weather conditions, airline schedules, and other factors beyond our control. If such a situation arises, we will provide alternative options of similar value, subject to availability. Any changes in the itinerary will be communicated to you before the departure date. Please be advised that Dubai Ticket Expert & Travels retains the right to make minor amendments to the itinerary at any point without providing compensation. Furthermore, there will be no compensation in the event of vis major occurrences, such as floods and earthquakes.

7. Hotel Accommodation and Check-in/Check-out Policy

In the event that we are unable to secure accommodation in your desired hotel, we will make every effort to offer a comparable alternative of similar standard and budget. Please note that check-in and check-out policies vary among hotels. Dubai Ticket Expert is not accountable for any early or late check-in or check-out requests that the hotel is unable to accommodate due to its busy schedule.

8. Travel Insurance

Dubai Ticket Expert shall not be held liable for any damages incurred due to accidents, illnesses, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or trip cancellations. We highly recommend that travelers obtain travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.

9. Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying the necessary documents for their particular tour, which may include a passport or valid ID card, particularly if they are traveling from a different country. In case of loss or absence of these essential documents, no refunds will be provided. Passengers of any nationality are advised to consult with their country’s consulate regarding entry requirements before planning a visit. It is also crucial to check with your consulate regarding current visa and health requirements, which are subject to change without prior notice.

10. Website Usage Restrictions

This website’s content, which includes the logo, images, information on tour packages, pricing details, and other relevant information, is owned by Dubai Ticket Expert. By accessing this website, you acknowledge and agree not to utilize it or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

11. Delivery & Shipping Policy
