- By Metro: The red line metro will take you to the Mall of Emirates where the stop is above the Carrefour (on the first floor).
- By Car: Ski Dubai is 13.8 kilometers away from Dubai city center. Driving on the Sheikh Zayed Road/E11 route shall take you to your destination in just 11 minutes.
- By Bus: Get into any of the bus numbers- F29, F30, F33, F35, J01, 81, 93, or 105, they shall take you to the Mall of the Emirates 2-1 stop. The bus stop is only 400 meters away from Ski Dubai, only a 6-minute walk.

- Everyone will receive skiing or snowboarding equipment, trousers, jackets, disposable socks, snow boots, and other essential gear at the venue. Besides, all participants must keep wearing them.
- Safety helmets are mandatory for kids under 13 years old.
- There are certain criteria for the Snow Bullet Ride. It is suitable for kids above 8 years old. Furthermore, the minimum height required is 125 cm and the weight is 30 kg and above. However, the weight limit for adults should not exceed 120 kg.
- In addition, certain rides have height and weight restrictions.
- Furthermore, guests must not carry mobiles or cameras to the Penguin Encounter Area.
