- The park remains open on all days. The timings are:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 am to 11 pm

- Saturday and Sunday: 9 am to 12 am
- Ski lessons can be booked for beginners with expert trainers.

- By Metro: The red line metro will take you to the Mall of Emirates where the stop is above the Carrefour (on the first floor).
- By Car: Ski Dubai is 13.8 kilometers away from Dubai city center. Driving on the Sheikh Zayed Road/E11 route shall take you to your destination in just 11 minutes.
- By Bus: Get into any of the bus numbers- F29, F30, F33, F35, J01, 81, 93, or 105, they shall take you to the Mall of the Emirates 2-1 stop. The bus stop is only 400 meters away from Ski Dubai, only a 6-minute walk.

- There are restaurants for people to fill their stomachs- North 28 and Avalanche Cafe among many others. Hence, do not bring outside foods inside the premises.
- There is no refund for unused or partial services.
- Snowboarders or skiers have the right to use the slope if they wish to.
- Wear warm clothes because of temperature is -4 degrees Celsius.
- Snow crystals can hurt other people if thrown on others.

- Even when you are in this snowy environment, remember to drink water and stay hydrated.
- Skiers and snowboarders must be at Intermediate Level 2 to enjoy slope sessions.
- Ski Dubai is not for infants younger than 2 years old for safety reasons.
