Opening Hours

The Museum of the Future opens daily from 10 am to 6 pm. The Dubai Frame opens 365 days (including public holidays). However, the timings may vary during Ramadan.

Essential Information

Museum of the Future

• You will get wristbands in exchange for your tickets at the entrance. Reach the location at least 15 minutes before the activity starts.
• Kids under three can enter for free. However, you have to book free tickets online.
• Kids under 16 need separate tickets, and guardians must accompany them.
• We allow strollers for infants inside the museum. 
• The entire activity duration is approximately 2 hours.
• Reach at least 15 minutes before the booked slot. 
• Snaps are permitted as long as it’s not for commercial purposes.
• Wear smart casuals and no revealing clothes.
• You can bring your food inside the premises but can only eat in the garden or lobby.
• You can also buy food inside the premises. 
• The best transport method is the metro as the car parking is free only for three hours. 
• Clicking photos and recording videos is allowed. However, no flash photography inside the museum.

 Dubai Frame

• You can skip the line with our ticket.
• A group of 5 members is allowed at a time.
• Don’t carry large bags inside. If you are, then keep it at Gate 4.
• Specially-abled people can enter for free.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive it in 7 to 14 days.
• There will be a 100% cancellation fee if it is done 24 hours before the activity timing.
• The cancellations are free and also eligible for a refund if done after the deadline.
