The beginning of your Dubai travel starts with a smooth hotel or residence pickup service.

At the start of the tour, you can take photos at the Museum of the Future with its creative architectural appeal. Once you finish taking pictures, you will relax by having lunch at Oasis Mall. It is then followed by a visit to the cultural and architectural masterpiece of the Farooq Omar bin Khatib Mosque.

Essential Information

• All guests must carry their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the activity.
• Our transfer facilities are available from centrally located hotels and residences in the city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina, and the nearby locations).
• You can book the shared transfers from Old Town Dubai. It includes the locations of Deira, Bur Dubai, Karama, Downtown, Trade Center, and Satwa.
• If you are staying anywhere in the New Dubai, then you will be required to pay an additional cost. The new town places include Business Bay, Al Barsha, JLT, JBR, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, and Jumeirah 1, 2 & 3.
• If your location is far away from SIC pickup points, our team will contact you for further details.
• We don’t issue refunds for partly used services.
• Please don’t bring any heavy luggage on the tour.
• A few of the attractions may remain non-operational on specific days or weekends. We won’t be responsible for that and will adjust any compensation.
• Our shared transfer schedule timings can be changed (30 to 60 minutes) as per the traffic conditions in your area.
• Avoid consuming food or drink in public spaces. Do not smoke in public spaces during the day.
• Dress modestly and keep your knees and shoulders covered when visiting religious spaces.

Timings

• The pickup time is between 10:30 am and 11:30 am (from your hotel or accommodation).
• We will drop you off between 7:15 pm and 8 pm.

Good to Know

• This activity isn’t available on Fridays.
• Private transfers are available with additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

• Any cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled activity will be refundable.
• Upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours, it will be 100% chargeable.
• If you are eligible, then the refund will be completed within 7 to 14 business days.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 years old can join the activity for free.
• Children between 3 and 10 must book child tickets.
• Others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
