We have different types of tickets. The ‘At The Top’ tickets will let you access the observation decks on the 124th and 125th floors. However, the ‘At The Top SKY’ tickets will let you explore Level 148 (including the 124th and 125th floors).
You can reach Burj Khalifa before sunset since cherishing the mesmerizing sunset views over the shimmering skyline from a height is no less than a breathtaking experience. However, chances are there you might experience a crowd since it is the prime hour. Hence, you can come early morning or post evening to avoid the unwanted crowd.

At The Top- Monday to Friday- 3 pm-6.30 pm (Prime hours), 8 am-3.30 pm (Non-prime hours), and 7 pm-12 am (final entry is allowed till 11.15 pm). The timings from Saturday to Sunday- 3 pm-6.30 pm (Prime hours), 5 am-3.30 pm (Non-prime hours), and 7 pm-12 am (final entry is allowed till 11.15 pm).
At The Top Sky- Monday to Sunday- 10 pm to 6 pm (Prime hours) and 7 pm to 10 pm (Non-Prime hours). Tourists are allowed to enter till 9 pm.
The easiest way to reach the observation decks in Burj Khalifa is by entering through Dubai Mall (on the ground floor). Public transport is the right choice, but you can drive to the location. Metro is also available at Dubai Mall. The nearest metro stop is the Dubai Mall Metro station. Exit the station and start walking towards the destination. Buses are also available- F13 Feeder Bus, 27, and 29 stop at Dubai Mall.
