- The visitors must have an NOL card when coming to the show. Make sure the card has at least AED 5 (per guest). Without it, no one would be allowed to enter the park.
- You can purchase the NOL card at the main entrance if you don’t have it.
- Kindly reach the location at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time.

The Dubai Dolphinarium opens daily (except on Sunday). The opening time is from 10 am to 7.30 pm. The Bird Show is available from Wednesday to Monday- 12.15 pm, 3.15 pm, and 7.30 pm.
Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made one day before the activity will be 100% refundable. Kindly select the refundable ticket option while booking.
