How to Reach
- By Metro- Take a red line metro to the Ibn Battuta Station by taking a metro that runs toward the Jebel Ali. Afterward, hire a cab or take a RTA Bus to reach the Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Important Points
- Carry your Emirates ID or passport for verification purposes.
- Your initial ticket to the real Madrid includes the rides and attractions.
- We do not allow pregnant women, people with chronic pains, with nausea, undergone surgery or those recovering from them to take the rides.
- We do not refund partially used services or unused or no-show tickets.
- The tickets are non-transferable and guests cannot use it on any other date or time.
- Damaged tickets cannot be replaced.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
- The tickets once booked cannot be cancelled at any cost. However, if done it will attract a 100% cancellation charge.
- Failing to reach the activity location as per the mentioned time will be considered a no-show. We won’t issue any refund in such a case.

The Real Madrid World is open daily from Sunday to Thursday, from 12 pm to 9 pm, and on Friday to Saturday from 12 pm to 10 pm.
Our activity voucher offers optional transfers. You can skip the transfer and avail of public transport to reach or choose private transfers with extra charges for a comfortable pickup and drop-off.
Real Madrid World is situated 20 minutes away from Dubai Marina. You can avail of cab services or board RTA buses, which leave from Ibn Battuta Metro Station.
There is no particular dress code for the visitors. Any comfortable outfits that will let you enjoy the activities will do. However, make sure to wear loose-fitted and modest clothes.
