How to Reach

• By Metro- To reach the Museum of Illusions, you can take the Red Line Metro and get off at Burjuman Station, or opt for the Green Line Metro and disembark at Sharaf DG Station. The museum is located 1 km away from these stations.
• By Bus- You can also take bus F70 to the Heritage Village station, then walk 300 meters to the museum.

• Always carry a valid ID proof (Emirates ID or passport) when coming for the activity.
• We will confirm the bookings on a particular date and time. After that, the ticket will expire.
• Our tickets are for one-time usage. Guests cannot ask for a refund or exchange.

• A group of 54 people is allowed inside the museum. If you are with a group, only 5 members are allowed in a single group.
• Always maintain a minimum distance of two meters from others inside the museum (including the supervisors and employees).
• Do not carry large bags or luggage inside the museum.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellations with a refund if the ticket is canceled before 24 hours of the activity time.
