Overview 

The idea is to rise early, travel to the launch site in the middle of the serene Arabian desert, and then take off the hot air balloon and glide over the endless dunes of the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, with a professionally trained pilot. We have 4 different types of rides available which are as follows:

Essential information

• Guests must bring their Emirates ID or passport when coming for the balloon ride.
• Submit the online waiver form at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
• The transfer facilities are available from Marina Mall, Burjuman Mall, Deira City Centre, and Dubai Outlet Mall.
• The maximum weight should not exceed 119 kg.
• One balloon ride can accommodate 10 people (max).
• Pregnant ladies, kids below 5, and adults above 80 years won’t be allowed to participate.
• People with heart issues, knee or back pain, broken legs or arms, or who went through surgery within six months won’t be allowed on the flight.
• Guests who are mentally unstable or have height phobia won’t be allowed.
• Everyone must submit a declaration that they don’t have the above-mentioned problems.
• The timings for shared transfers can be changed (30 to 60 min) as per the traffic conditions in your area.
• Flight videos have to be purchased separately.
