• No refund will be issued for partially used services.
• Kids must visit the Ferrari World with their guardians.
• Park facilities include valet parking, lockers, and strollers at an extra charge.
• We won’t be responsible if any attraction or component remains non-operational due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
• Electric karting and the Advanced Scuderia Challenge are not included in the tickets.

Points to Remember

• You are not allowed to carry food & drink into the park.
• Several rides require you to conform to certain medical & health conditions. If you do not meet the requirements, you will be barred from getting on those rides.
• Kindly don’t bring outside food or beverages inside.
• There is no particular dress code. Kindly choose modest outfits and footwear.
• Pregnant women and people with past cardiac complications should avoid going on these rides.

The Ferrari World Abu Dhabi opens daily.

• Weekdays- 11 am to 8 pm.
• Weekend- 10 am to 8 pm.

How to Reach?

From Abu Dhabi

• By Bus- You can take the Yas Express bus that runs between Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Island. Besides, this bus will also stop at the Al Marina metro station.
• By Metro- Take a metro to the Al Marina station. After that, you can take a free shuttle bus that will take you to the Ferrari World Abu Dhabi.
• By Private Transfers- You can also take our optional private transfers.

From Dubai

• By Bus- You can take the SkyBus from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station. Alternatively, you can board the Aerobus from Deira City Centre Bus Station or Cityliner from Ibn Battuta Mall Bus Station.
• By Private Transfers- We also offer optional private transfers.

Cancellation Policy

• The tickets once booked are not eligible for cancellation.
• You cannot ask for a refund or reschedule the tickets under any circumstances.

Child Policy

• Kids below 3 can enter the park for free.
• Children below 11 must book the child tickets.
• Others above 11 must book standard tickets.
