Important Information

• It’s mandatory to carry your passport or a valid ID proof.
• Only children above 3 years of age can access the observatory. There are no concessions on ticket prices.
• Tourists between 12 to 65 years of age can take the glass slide and the edge walk.
• Those between 12 and 18 years of age shall require their parent’s or guardian’s consent who need to be present in person.
• Those below 12 years of age are strictly barred from taking the glass slide and the edge walk.
• Only those with a weight between 50kgs and 100kgs can take the glass slide and the edge walk.
• Only those with a height between 130cm and 210cm can take the glass slide and the edge walk.
• Please turn up in modest and comfortable clothing. We advise you not to wear the following dresses with flip-flops, loose footwear, and long or loose scarves.
• The Sky View staff should be notified in advance of any disability, intellectual or physical that may hamper the completion of the many physical and mental tasks during the activities.
