- The tickets once used won’t be eligible for refund or exchange.
- You will get a QR code at the entrance using which you can click photographs. The management at the museum will send you the photographs to your mail ID (if you provide your mail ID).
- Our transfer facilities are available from centrally located hotels and residences in the city (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, and Marina).
- Please wear appropriate clothes and footwear. Do not wear beachwear.
- Avoid carrying pets to the museum.
