Important Details
- Please reach the location at least an hour before that is 9 PM.
- Please carry your passport/Emirates ID or any other valid proof of identity. Please note that a PAN card is no proof of identity.
- No pick-ups are arranged for this cruise. We therefore request to reach by the reporting time.
- However, you can also book the private transfers with us at an additional cost.
- Cruising time is from 10 PM to 2 AM.
- It begins at Dubai Marina.
- There will be snacks with soft drinks and water.
- We can arrange dinner upon request at an additional cost.
- We do not entertain any refund requests for partially used services.
- There shall be no refunds for late arrivals under any circumstances whatsoever and they shall be treated as ‘no shows.
- We will share the cruise location along with the contact number one day prior to the departure date.
Dress Code to Maintain
- New Year celebration means unlimited parties. Hence, you can wear any outfit of your choice.
- Ideally, you can choose casual but decent party outfits. Kindly avoid wearing any revealing clothes.
- Please carry a light jacket for an overnight party as the temperature drops at night.
User Guidelines
- The New Year Yacht event will take place exclusively on December 31st, 2024.
- To attend, it’s essential to book your spot in advance, and we’ll confirm your reservation once we receive the advance payment.
- We kindly ask for the names and contact numbers of all guests for the booking.
- After purchase, you cannot resell tickets.
- You cannot exchange or refund tickets after confirmation.
- Refunds are not for no-shows.
- Boarding will not be permitted after 8:30 PM.
- We request that you refrain from bringing outside food or drinks onto the yacht and from taking any leftovers from the event.
- If any issues arise during the event, please promptly inform the organizer.
- The organizers retain the right to cancel, postpone, or terminate the event in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
- Book in advance and online with us to avail some great offers and deals on the tickets.
- Savings offer- free of cost entry for children younger than 3 years.
Cancellation Policy
- We provide a full refund for cancellations made 14 days before New Year.
- However, no refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of New Year.
- Get the refund amount in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).
Child Policy
- Kids up to 3 years old will enjoy free entry.
- Children between 3 and 10 years old must book child tickets.
- However, others above 10 years old must book standard tickets.
